The Operations Manager will manage and oversee all office functions for the branch, including direct supervision of departments as assigned.

Responsibilities:- Manage overall operations of the front-office
- Manage Staff in departments as assigned (General Office and Supply Chain)
- Foster a safe workplace and promote a culture of safety for the facility.
- Provide coaching & guidance to employees for developing strong teams.
- Liaison between Front Office and Warehouse Operations
- Collaborate with internal leadership team (Management, Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, Logistics) to maximize profitability, efficiency and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strategically assess current processes/people, establish an execution plan to achieve long-term business goals.
- Optimize processes of order checking, outbound freight utilization (cost savings) & digital orders.
- Manage Trade Compliance and Foreign Trade Zone.
- Negotiate office contracts with outside vendors as needed.
- Prepare and run KPI reports as needed for department's accountability.
- Assist branch with Corporate Record Retention Program.
Requirements:- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior management experience is highly preferred
- Must have solid analytical problem solving skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office Products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Must be able to multi-task and perform with a high level of energy
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Experience with Sage 100 is a plus
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel required
