What You Will Do:Guidehouse is seeking a Systems Engineer/ Integrator to join our team in the Northern Virginia area. In this role you will be responsible for analyzing user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
- Analyzes system requirements and leads support to design and development activities.
- Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
- Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
- Provides technical leadership and guidance to application and tool development teams.
- Coordinates with software architect and other technical delivery team members to overcome technical obstacles.
- Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
- Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
- Responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility
- Communicates with other program personnel and government overseers, and senior executives.
What You Will Need:- A CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI federal security clearance with COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) Polygraph
- SEVEN (7) or more years' experience with system requirements, system development and implementation, system testing, etc.
- Experience with Federal Government, DoD, or Intelligence Community customers
What Would Be Nice To Have:- A CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI federal security clearance with FULL SCOPE (FS) Polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to derive and understanding of stakeholder needs
- Experience establishing processes to formally and proactively control and manage changes to requirements
- Experience supporting system requirements and system integration at the enterprise level
- Experience establishing and following a formal procedure for coordinating system integration activities among multiple teams, ensuring complete coverage of all interfaces
- Experience delivering Agile project management principles and processes
