You Are:The Oracle EBS Functional Lead Senior Manager will determine the definition of ready for work items to be slotted into a Sprint. They will deliver working software in every iteration (both configuration and development) and help the Product Owner break larger work items (Epics, User Stories) into smaller User Stories based on functionality.
The Work:- Estimate Product Backlog items (Epics, User Stories) Decompose User Stories into smaller, actionable tasks
- Estimate Tasks during Sprint Planning
- Commit to Sprint delivery based on the Definition of Done and Adhere to the Definition of Done
- Report daily status & impediments during Daily Stand-Up and Escalate impediments
- Frequent (daily) communication with and demonstration of progress to the Product Owner
- Maintain all boards (Kanban, Scrum)
- Maintain project management tool (JIRA)
Here's What You Need:- Bachelors Degree
- 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following Oracle Financials modules: cRMO, Project Billing, Service, Projects Manufacturing, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Quality, Order Management, Production Scheduling, Inventory, Bill of Materials, Purchasing, Install Base, Human Resources and/or Project Accounting
- Experience with Creating Functional Design of custom Oracle EBS RICE objects and/or Adapting functional design to build out test planning materials including Test conditions and Test Scripts
- Experience in one or more of the following: performing test execution through release completion and/or support production deployment for any issues identified by client, following MROi processes and procedures
- 7+ years experience in one or more of the following: Oracle EBS, Test Planning, Test Execution experience and/or Functional Design

- 15+ years of industry experience

The Extras:As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of
California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. $131,300-$269,100 USD
