What You'll Do - Drive practice solutions and services across clients , including driving sales, revenue, recruiting, delivery, consulting, and all operational aspects .
- Practice Building - Support overall growth of practice area through a combination of business development, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership.
- Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget;
What You'll Bring - Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business or Life Sciences.
- MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable.
- 1 5 + years' experience in life science industry management consulting.
- 7 + years' experience in a leadership role within a professional service firm.
- Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level .
- Fluency in English is required
