JOB DESCRIPTION Ubisoft IT is looking for a Security Specialist to join the Security and Risk Management department. This department's main mission is to mitigate security risks by implementing security best practices in the three responsibility areas: networks, identity and access management (IAM), and codevelopers and game productions.
As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for streamlining and securing the critical network process and projects of Ubisoft with the support of the network security architects and technical teams. You will also be responsible for gathering high-level information to prioritize critical team support and processes while helping them secure their environment through technical documentation, tooling, training, process, and/or operational support.
You will be working on operations 20% of your time, security projects 50% of your time, and policy framework maintenance 30% of your time.
Responsibilities:- Provide support for the adoption of the policy framework in teams with sensitive permissions or mandates;
- Provide support to help Ubisoft employees find risk-reduction solutions;
- Train and raise awareness among users and codevelopers on the best practices of identity and access management (IAM), Network, and infrastructure/architecture security;
- Participate in project mode in the architect's security roadmap in collaboration with business teams and security architects;
- Contribute to propagating the SRM strategy across all identified critical projects & Information Systems (IS) of Ubisoft;
- Ability to deliver a configuration change, associated with documentation, a security risk analysis with security control recommendations, and implementing those same recommendations;
- Write and maintain Ubisoft policy framework documents such as processes, guidelines, standards, and policies in collaboration with the operations teams, Governance, Risk and Compliance teams (GRC), and architect teams to frame critical operations at Ubisoft;
- Collaborate proactively with business partners & IT Staff.
QUALIFICATIONS - Solid experience in IT security, administration, and/or architecture;
- Knowledge of technical security and risk management methodologies;
- Experience and knowledge with networking equipment and concepts such as firewalls and hybrid network connectivity;
- Ability to produce clear and well-structured technical documents to interact with representatives from different functions and communicate technical and business concepts to all types of audiences including stakeholders;
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and GitLab;
- Knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure/Entra ID.
