We're looking for a Senior Account Director to join the Hero Digital Commercial team. This person will be a leader and help drive relationships and strategy for a portfolio of accounts with a special emphasis on B2B verticals. We are looking for someone who has a broad understanding of the digital landscape (experience design, digital products & platforms, digital marketing, online advertising, etc.), partner alliances (Adobe, Optimizely, Salesforce, etc) who provide client satisfaction, account revenue growth, and overall business profitability. Open to candidates residing in the Western region of the US.
What you'll do• Build strong relationships with high-level contacts within the client organization.
- Understand client business goals & KPIs and lead our team to generate solutions to attain those goals.
- Develop and lead strategic digital campaigns, projects, and initiatives.
- Lead the development of detailed proposals, estimates, and statements of work.
- Serve as a leader on the Client Services team and within the larger organization by developing and mentoring junior talent, as well as by creating an environment where employees feel both challenged and valued.
- Grow existing accounts and make valuable contributions to our clients.
- Assist with new business pitches, including team management, deck creation, client communication and presentations.
- Recommend measures to improve work process methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Represent Hero Digital both in front of our clients and at relevant industry and local events.
- Mentor staff and lead a team.
Who you are- You have a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in one of the following areas: business, marketing, communications, engineering, or computer science.
- Your experience spans 12+ years of Account Management in digital marketing, online advertising, or web development.
- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), analytics, display media, social media, paid search, SEO, and customer experience (CX) marketing.
- Solid experience in formulating and driving long-term strategic account plans, strategies, and roadmaps coupled with the ability to react quickly, assess, and implement solutions.
- Strong history of people management, and able to create a positive and harmonious environment for your team.
- Intellectually curious and motivated to stay up-to-date on industry structure, trends, initiatives, and issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communications, outstanding presentation skills, and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Google Analytics & Adwords Certification strongly preferred.
- Real passion for digital marketing and technology.
