Hodgson Russ seeks a Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer (CMBDO) to join its dynamic senior leadership team. The CMBDO will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative and relevant marketing and business development strategies that drive revenue growth in a 200+ attorney law firm and leading a team of marketing and business development professionals. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience with progressive seniority designing and leading creative enterprise-wide marketing and/or business development initiatives and supporting individual and team efforts. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead up, down, and across a complex organization with diverse practice groups in eight offices. Experience in a professional services firm is strongly preferred.
Hodgson Russ offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401(k), Paid Time Off, pension plan, and more. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo is $150,000 to $225,000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
