Leidos is seeking a Program Manager to lead a program that helps keep sensitive law enforcement and intelligence data secure through the FBI cross domain system. As the Program Manager you will lead a medium-size, geographically dispersed team in the integration of security technologies providing cross-domain services and solutions for the enterprise. The candidate will be the primary interface with the government customer and with internal and external organizations and management. You will focus on leading the team in estimating scope, schedule and resources. The candidate will manage multiple concurrent projects to meet mission needs by balancing priorities, resources, and risk. The position is responsible for managing cost, schedule, quality, and risk to ensure contract requirements are met; provides financial reporting, collects, and analyzes project metrics; prepares and participates in informal and formal reviews.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience & Education Requirements: 10 years directly related experience
• Demonstrated success in staffing programs with properly trained and qualified personnel.
• Demonstrated experience in managing programs/projects to meet the cost, schedule, and performance parameters of the contract.
• Demonstrated experience in communicating (written and verbal) with government customers and stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience keeping the team focused on daily and iteration goals, helping them with respect to quality, flow and velocity
• Demonstrated experience actively addressing team impediments

DESIRED SKILLS:
• Experience in leading agile projects
• Experience leading network design and integration projects
• Experience in agile planning tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Experience managing the development of technical engineering documentation
• Understanding of system, network, and security architecture and design
• Experience supporting certification and accreditation, security assessments, audits, and continuous monitoring with Risk Management Framework to achieve and maintain an Authority to Operate
• Experience leading development and integration systems and applications using at least one of the following technologies:
oXML SOAP / REST
oJSONNiagra Files (NiFi)
oElastic Search / Log Stash / Kibana (ELK)
oSplunk
oJava, Java Script, Python, coding
oPerl scripting
oMicrosoft Power Shell scripting
oKShell, BASH, etc. scripting

Pay Range: Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
