Who we want... Our growing and dynamic agency is now looking for a Full-Time Creative Strategist to join our Strategy team.
What you will do... Marketing - Develop insight-driven, channel-agnostic BIG ideas that pay off client briefs that drive awareness, engagement, earned attention and sales
- Manage the creative strategy process from start to finish, working with and integrating all BMF offerings across the company
Research - Use research to build a story about consumers, category, culture, and brand
- Synthesize research findings to glean and articulate empathic insights that relate to consumer attitudes and human truths to tee up creative concepts
Storytelling - Serve as chief storyteller with the ability to create a verbal visualization of concepts and marketing strategies
- Write outlines in google docs, architect decks in keynote, and write consumer facing copy
- Work with agency counterparts to develop strategies for integrated programs
- Develop creative and strategic winning programs for new and existing clients
- Ensure integrated proposals are aligned to the overall strategy
Copywriting - Possess a strong passion for writing and highly skilled at it
- Have the ability to complete multiple copywriting assignments efficiently
Creative Process/Project Management - Collect, articulate, and develop ideas from internal and external stakeholders
- Drive processes, deliverables and quality control; serve as overseer and editor
- Strive for even better ideas
- Manage fast-paced work masterfully and juggle demands for different clients
Results- Work with account management and client teams to determine program KPIs Propose program evaluation and measurement methods to demonstrate positive ROI
Pulse- Stay abreast of category, social, and cultural trends to present clients to inspire cutting-edge creative solutions
Admin - Attend and schedule internal and client meetings as needed
- Create and adhere to work-back schedules and timelines
- Coordinate deliverables of cross-functional teams
- Schedule meetings using Outlook / Zoom
- Follow project comms channels
- Note-taking
The salary range for this role is $80-100K and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific. Requirements - You have 5-7 years of experience working in a fast-paced agency setting
- You have proven work experience as an agency creative, strategist or other similar relevant role. Hybrids preferred!
- You have a demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
- You are proficient in Keynote and have experience creating decks and pitching
- You are an excellent copywriter with attention to detail; your use of language and persuasive writing get people excited
- You are extremely organized and can work under pressure; you have the ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects and maintain tight deadlines
- You have the ability to come up with your own ideas, while also being open to creative input from others
- You should be able to skillfully capture all ideas generated during brainstorms and working sessions. Additionally, you should have the ability to take direction on the next steps
- You are an excellent communicator and have great presentation and verbal communication skills
- You're a great listener, and can take other people's ideas, and make them even better
- You have a remarkable sense of creativity, combined with a practical and business-oriented mindset. You appreciate traditional methods, but also possess innovative ideas that fall outside the norm.
- You have a proven understanding/experience using both traditional and new digital tools and tactics
- You possess a knack for employing creative and resourceful research skills, exploring unconventional avenues to unearth the solutions
- You excel in collaborating in cross-functional teams (and independently), and excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Integrated, experiential, and non-traditional marketing experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
