The SHARP Portal for LHEs project requires an experienced project manager to coordinate work done by the vendor. This work may be taking place by vendor staff across the US, so the PM will need experience managing remote projects.

The position will be reprocured for fiscal year 2025.

Experience

15 Required Project Management.

8 Required Experience managing remote projects.

8 Required Experience managing major web portal projects for customized content delivery.

8 Required Experience managing complex projects at state or federal government agencies

3 Preferred Experience with creating Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables and managing projects using this framework strongly preferred.

1 Preferred Certified PMP

1 Preferred Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile-related certifications
