Cloud Chamber is looking for an action-oriented Producer to join our growing internal production team. You will report to the Senior Producer and work with the relevant creative, production and technical leads to build schedules, plan resource allocations and define sprint & milestone deliverables to ensure the on-time completion of our deliverables to the highest quality. You will be responsible for supporting the User Experience and Design development team to manage various aspects of the World for the next BioShock. We are looking for, above all else, a highly organized and curious contributor who's excited about making great games with an amazing team.
Job Details:- Manage the UX team's priorities, meetings, assignments and schedules.
- Manage deliverables of Artists and Designers to create high quality immersive and fun experiences.
- Coordinate the flow of information between departments regarding deadlines, assignments, and priorities.
- Manage and maintain Jira with tasks, assignees, priorities, due dates, meetings feedback, and statuses.
- Effectively communicate priorities, blockers, dependencies, and issues to relevant team leadership.
- Establish prioritized sprint and milestone goals for the team in collaboration with the Leads.
- Take on a variety of production tasks as needed to support the production.
- Manage the day-to-day of teams to ensure clear priorities are being focused on, risks are being mitigated, and blockers are removed.
- Continually push visibility of the team's work and deliverables in all directions, catering for the relevant audience.
- Create and continually update the schedule for each team member, considering larger milestones and dependencies.
- Create scenarios based upon the data we have in order to help make informed decisions.
- Drive quality: balancing Form & Function.
- Manage expectations of Directors in the team's deliverables but also manage the Directors to ensure the team understands the vision/direction/feedback completely.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience in video games, in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of JIRA, Excel, Confluence, and Perforce.
- Understanding of the UI Art/UX design pipeline and needs.
- Familiar with Agile planning
- Comfortable with coordinating work across multiple time zones. This includes deliverables, meetings, assignments, and scheduling.
- Very strong organizational and communication skills, with a critical eye for detail.
- Ability to establish priorities and multi-task effectively.
- Ability to partner with a diverse group of personalities effectively, constructively, and compassionately.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends in interactive storytelling and AAA games.
- Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to embrace change for a fast-growing organization.

This is a fully remote role that may be based anywhere in the United States. Below are the expected salary and wage ranges for applicants based in locations where the pay transparency law is in effect:
Colorado: $73,000 and $110,000 per year
California: $80,000 and $115,000 per year
New York State (inclusive of New York City): $80,000 and $115,000 per year
Washington: $73,000 and $110,000 per year
Base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees will also receive 14 paid holidays per calendar year, are eligible to earn a minimum of 15 days of vacation leave per year (subject to proration based on start date during the calendar year) and will receive 10 sick days per calendar year. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, 4 including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
