MGA Entertainment has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Creative Operations & Asset Management who will be responsible for all tasks relating to, and in direct support of, the cross-functional needs of the Brand Marketing, DTC, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure all projects and assets are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will oversee both the execution of creative projects from concept through production and end-to-end asset management & trafficking. This role will be based in our Chatsworth, CA office and reports into the Director, Digital Creative as part of the Digital Marketing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the trafficking of all assets for online campaigns with MGA's Media agency partner. Collaborate with many cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, Project Managers, Digital Media, Social Media, eCommerce, and Creative Development teams to obtain approvals, and deliver assets as needed.
  • Support the overall delivery of campaigns by ingesting, cataloging, and managing MGA's digital assets from internal and external sources; master the digital workflow that connects all business units supported and play an integral role in the administration of asset management system.
  • Establish, integrate, and implement tracking links via MikMak for each campaign per brand with external vendor, internal teams, and Media agency.
  • Ensure that assets reflect brand and campaign criteria, while being delivered on time and in the correct formats.
  • Coordinate and organize the delivery of asset files to external vendors via Digital Asset Management system.
  • Track delivery of internal video content, final white assets for digital, social and influencer campaign assets against internal or external due dates, and communicates any roadblocks.

  • Work with external vendors, freelancers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project requirements, timing, and brand standards.
  • Manage budgets and vendor billing for creative campaigns and assets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Provide regular project status updates, performance metrics, and analysis to senior manager and department VP.
  • Continuously improve operational processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Execute miscellaneous research projects and oversight of additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience and a Bachelors' degree.
  • Must have expert knowledge of digital video ad formats for paid media and social media advertising, ad specs, creative templates, and ad tags to ensure proper execution of creative elements to campaigns.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects at once, and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of design processes and campaign management timelines.
  • The successful person will have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with individuals at all different levels.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Photoshop. Illustrator and After Effects knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project/workflow management software and tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Entertainment and Toy experience is a plus.

Salary:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 /year
