Job Description
Iterative Health is pioneering the use of artificial intelligence-based precision medicine in gastroenterology, with the aim of helping to optimize clinical trials investigating the treatment of IBD. We use advanced machine learning and computer vision to interpret endoscopic videos along with other types of data, helping clinicians better assess patients with potential GI problems. Ultimately, the company aims to establish more meaningful endpoints to serve as better predictors of both therapeutic response and disease outcomes.

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Sr. Manager of Business Operations to join our team and lead our business operations function. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data and metrics to optimize all aspects of our business operations, driving insights, efficiency and scalability. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Iterative Health.

What you'll be doing:
  • Metrics Analysis: Develop and implement a robust system for tracking and analyzing key performance metrics across all operational functions, including life sciences sales, network expansion, marketing, professional services, product, finance, and customer support.
  • Operational Strategy: Utilize data insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize processes, leveraging data-driven insights to drive operational excellence and maximize productivity.
  • Business Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, forecast future performance, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate operational performance metrics to senior management, highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
  • Own our Sales Tech Stack: Own our Sales tools and administration (Salesforce, Gong etc) and partner with teams to design efficient systems that are fit for purpose
  • Annual Sales Planning: Partner with our CEO and Sales leadership team to drive the annual sales planning process including quota, territories and incentive plans.
  • Own our deal desk: Ensure contracts are flowing smoothly through to deal signature.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, proactively addressing operational challenges to ensure business continuity.

Required skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and business operations at a rapidly growing startup, with a strong background in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and visualization software.
  • Strong understanding of actionable metric design and dashboard development with the ability to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Proven ability to drive change from insights surfaced through metrics.
  • Experience owning sales tech stack and conducting annual sales planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced startup environment.
