The Deployment and OPS Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the logistics, risk management, and financial aspects of the deployment and operations division in coordination with the corporate support.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage the deployment of resources, personnel, and equipment necessary for the smooth operation of the care facility. This involves planning, scheduling, and executing staff deployment activities.
• Ensure efficient logistical operations, including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and supply chain management. Monitor and optimize processes to ensure timely delivery of resources and materials.
• Implement strategies to optimize cost efficiency in deployment and operations. This includes analyzing expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating contracts, and implementing cost control measures.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks in staff deployment and operations. This involves conducting risk assessments, establishing preventive measures, and creating contingency plans.
• Oversee the financial aspects of the deployment and operations division. This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. Ensure financial targets are met while maintaining cost-effective operations.
• Lead and manage a team responsible for deployment and operations. Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's effectiveness and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth coordination of activities. Communicate regularly with senior management, staff, and external partners to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of (2) two years' experience working as a Deployment and Operations Manager or similar role.
• Ability to operate successfully and independently with little to no direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that could include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to successfully clear a background check.
• Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
• Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
