Sign on Bonus: $10,000

Essential Functions: 

Patient caseload of 8-10 patients/day.  Reviews patient information before evaluations and during course of treatment.  Conducts and documents comprehensive patient assessments.  Assists in data collection of patient outcomes.  Instructs and directs support staff, as outlined in national and state Practice Acts.  Supervises assistants and support staff.  Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Master's Degree: Required
  • One year of outpatient Speech Language Pathology experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

Required Licenses/Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Speech Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competency: Preferred, will consider CFY
