  • Documentation: Help develop our system to maintain detailed records of service activities, including maintenance logs, part failures/usage, troubleshooting procedures, and customer interactions, to track issues and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer success, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement efforts.
  • Field Testing and Feedback: Participate in field testing and evaluation of new robot features and functionalities, providing feedback to engineering teams to inform product development and enhancement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with humanoid robotics concepts, such as kinematics, dynamics, and motion planning, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C/C++, and ROS (Robot Operating System).
