Key Functions:Tasked with Instrumentation, and Controls Design for Capital Projects, in which you will be supporting Engineering and Construction Contractors on an as needed basis. You will need to be able to coordinate with Solenis Engineering Design Team and/or Outside Engineering Resources as well as support Operations and Maintenance as a technical resource when needed.
Assigned Tasks:- Being able to understand and apply industry codes that apply to an industrial manufacturer.
- Provides instrumentation and controls design support to all phases of project design, execution, installation, commissioning and operation.
- Maintains and applies company instrumentation design criteria and specifications as well as industry recognized standards.
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses instrumentation related issues including electrical, mechanical, and computer controlled systems.
- Assists in factory acceptance testing and field inspections.
- Responsible for creating, updating and drafting design documents including but not limited to loop sheets, motor schematics, panel schedules, I/O cabinets and onelines .
Degree:- Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent
