Our leadership team is currently seeking a Sales Executive for our Grand Rapids location to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to both our internal teams and our client teams, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes.

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join us! Our Sales team drives business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities.
What You'll Do- Partner with account and practice leaders to strategically pursue new opportunities
- Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new Master Service Agreements (MSA's)
- Identify and meet with a broad set of buyers to learn about client initiatives and represent Slalom capabilities
- Develop and sustain a diverse collection of targeted accounts
- Leverage Slalom Sales platforms to drive a forecast and collaborate with account and practice leaders
- Nurture relationships with Alliance partners to drive Slalom growth in key practice areas
- Work with consultants to leverage their networks and increase new business opportunities
- Host or facilitate Slalom marketing events
- Serve as a liaison with client decision makers, Slalom colleagues and Alliance partners
- Mentor and collaborate with other sellers within and across other Slalom markets
- Consistently deliver on an annual sales quota; first year expectations are $3M
What You'll Bring- 5 years experience in a direct sales/business development role with a focus on growth in the consulting industry
- Evidence of successfully originating and closing business with new clients
- A history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets for the last 3 years
- Evidence of building impactful relationships with c-suite leaders
- Previous success and comfort with navigating and managing complex pursuits
- An innovative approach, always thinking about the art of the possible, coming with creative solutions
- A natural curiosity, seeking to learn from your clients, your partners, your competitors and your colleagues
- A demonstrated ability to self motivate
