Job Description
Azusa Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will apply business process improvement practices to reengineer methodologies and principles, focusing on business process modernization projects. This role involves utilizing activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis, as well as modern business methods and performance measurement techniques to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Department: Top Secret/SCI with poly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Process Improvement: Apply business process improvement practices to identify, analyze, and implement enhancements to business processes.
  • Reengineering Methodologies: Utilize reengineering methodologies and principles to modernize and streamline business processes.
  • Activity and Data Modeling: Employ activity and data modeling techniques to develop accurate representations of business processes.
  • Transaction Flow Analysis: Conduct transaction flow analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within business processes.
  • Internal Control and Risk Analysis: Perform internal control and risk analysis to ensure business processes are secure, compliant, and risk-free.
  • Performance Measurement: Implement modern business methods and performance measurement techniques to evaluate and optimize business performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation of business processes, improvements, and methodologies to support ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Training: Provide training and support to staff on new and improved business processes and tools.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in business process improvement, reengineering, or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in activity and data modeling
    • Knowledge of transaction flow analysis and internal control mechanisms
    • Experience with risk analysis and performance measurement techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Must possess Top Secret/SCI with Poly
