About Foam:Foam, a division of Whalar, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager. You will play a crucial role in driving awareness, adoption, and utilization of Foam among Talent Managers and Agencies. Your primary focus will be generating qualified leads among this audience segment for our Sales and Customer Success team to continue conversations.

Foam offers premium tools and features to agencies, enabling them to streamline their operations, enhance collaboration, win more business, and drive exceptional results for their clients.
Here's what you'll do day-to-day:- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Create compelling messaging and positioning targeting talent managers, talent agencies, and individual Creators through tailored campaigns and marketing collateral that emphasize Foam's unique value props, key product features like the Chrome Extension, and its seamless integration of AI solutions.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using events, digital, social media, email, and lead generation partners.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Create compelling messaging and positioning targeting talent managers, talent agencies, and individual Creators through tailored campaigns and marketing collateral.
- Set and track marketing campaign metrics tied to lead generation, and report on performance.
- Oversee budgets and ensure cost efficiency in growth marketing spend.
- Scope and lead implementation of optimal marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Marketo, etc.).
Here's what we're looking for:- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on new business acquisition and digital marketing. Must have an understanding of the key players within the Creator Economy.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and strategies and ability to execute independently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with common marketing tech platforms: Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, Google Ads, Google Analytics.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance metrics. Curiosity to cross reference with product usage metrics for optimal targeting.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, geographical location and ultimately budget approvals.
This is a remote first position with a preference for the right candidate to be flexible to coming into our NYC office on occassion. You will ideally be located in either NY, NJ, or CT. However, we are also open to people located in VT, RI, MA, VA, NC, SC, GA, or FL
