WGI is seeking a talented individual who will work on complex multimodal transportation planning/engineering problems, including:
- Transportation impact studies
- Bicycle and pedestrian planning
- Access, circulation, and parking studies
- Multimodal operations assessment
- Complete Streets planning, operations, and design
- Safety studies
- Transportation Demand Management plans
- Preparation of signing and striping, traffic signal, and temporary traffic control design drawings

Responsibilities- Aid in the preparation of traffic design plans and studies as needed
- Preparation of presentations and public outreach materials
- Site visits and field data collection
- Coordinate with various disciplines both internal and external to WGI
- Report issues and concerns of his or her projects to his or her supervisor and provide viable recommendations to resolve
Qualifications- Bachelor of Science degree in planning, engineering, or related field
- Experience with Synchro and VISSIM
- 5+ years of experience related to the field above
- Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or other professional license as required (AICP, PTOE, etc.)
- Specific interest and/or experience in multimodal transportation planning/engineering, traffic operations analysis, the interaction of transportation and land use, and/or other related niche within transportation and/or mobility
- Excellent written communication skills
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
