The Sales Enablement team is a collaborative and cross-functional group that works closely with Sales Leadership and strategic Sales Support functions. This team is responsible for creating a consistent curriculum and Enablement programs to support the development of Schumacher sales teams. The team works together to identify areas of sales operations improvement and track key metrics of success.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to coordinate Sales Enablement initiatives within our organization. As a Sales Enablement Project Manager, you will implement and oversee improvement and revenue-enhancement projects from initiation to completion. Your role will ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, and Sales. You will allocate tasks, coordinate agreed actions, and ensure completion to enhance overall sales effectiveness. Your strong facilitation and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex timelines will be critical to the success of our Enablement efforts.

Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and assess sales operations problems, identify root causes, and develop strategic solutions in partnership with leadership.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to resolve complex business challenges efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct research, gather data, and perform comprehensive analysis to gain insights and inform decision-making.
- Transform ideas into reality with measurable results to launch key initiatives and programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to develop action plans and implement solutions.
End-To-End Project Plan Implementation/Measurement:
- Use project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project timelines, resources, and reporting outputs to ensure successful implementation.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Executive Leadership, to ensure alignment with sales enablement goals.
- Allocate roles and responsibilities effectively, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Facilitate communication and coordination to ensure timely completion of agreed-upon actions.
What you will bring: - 2-4 years' experience in a fast paced, business-oriented job, preferably in a strategy, growth, or operations role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and MS office tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A sense of urgency and willingness to take initiative and be proactive.
- A self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team.
