Required Experience:
Bachelors in IT or a closely related field (i.e., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) and a minimum of 10 years work experience in Information Technology
Minimum of 7 years' experience as an IT project manager
Experience managing cross-functional teams with a minimum of five team members for the Utility Industry functional departments e.g., Customer Service, Finance, Operations., Permits etc.
Experience with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network projects.
Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
Proficient with MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, MS Office tools, JIRA.
Experience with Project Portfolio management concepts.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Client facing experience (internal or external)
Experience with successfully managing multiple internal and external projects parallelly.
Experience with system integration, software development, waterfall, and agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with implementation of ERP Systems (Preferably Oracle, SAP)
Capacity planning and strong resource management experience
Experience correcting at risk projects and motivating team members.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with web-based project management solutions (e.g., MS Project Server, Monday.com, Clarity)
Experience collaborating with remote teams.
CMMI experience
Government or utility experience
ITIL foundations, CSM or Prince2 certifications (nice to have)
Experience utilizing automated testing tools for quality assurance (Load Runner, Rational)
