Since 1970, Salud has been committed to providing a Medical Home to patients, where medical, dental, behavioral health services, and clinical pharmacists work together and coordinate efforts in a team-based system of care. We're seeking a Board Certified, Family Medicine Physician at our Community Health Clinic in Fort Morgan, Co.
No hospital work required

- Starting Annual Salary - $230,000 to $264,800

Education:
- Graduation from an approved school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine
Experience:
Licensure:
- Possess a license to practice medicine in good standing in the State of Colorado
- Board Certified Family Physician
- J1 visa waiver docs are eligible, but board certification has to be in family medicine
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
