Job Summary:
The Department of Anesthesiology at Westchester Medical Center is seeking a Neuroanesthesiologist to serve as the Neuro-Anesthesia Division Director. The ideal candidate would be of junior academic rank, has substantive Neuroanesthesia clinical and leadership experience, and is an excellent clinician, educator, and communicator.
Summary:
- Very strong endovascular, tumor and neurotrauma, as well as Spine, functional/epilepsy/chronic pain
- Comprehensive Stroke Center Certification
- Our residency program has 52 residents. There are 3 ACGME – accredited fellowships: ACTA, RAAPM and Multidisciplinary Pain Management.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology
- Must be eligible for NYS Medical License
- We would consider the ABA certification Alternate Pathway for the right candidate, but the appointment would be deferred until ABA Diplomate status achieved
