NaphCare is hiring an experienced  Physician for our Arizona DOC Facility - Lewis in  Buckeye, AZ 85326.

Full Time Shifts, Part Time, PRN, and 8-13 week temporary contracts are available!  Pay rates range from $120-136 per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience.  PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.

NaphCare has a partnership with NetCE that provides CEU/CME for our staff. NetCE uses a rigorous peer review process to ensure that all activities and content are up-to-date. This service streamlines continuing education for all NaphCare Employees to meet state specific requirements for maintaining licensing.

Position Description:

  • Provide direct and indirect medical care to meet the healthcare needs of the patients within the facility
  • Formulate a working diagnosis, develop and implement a treatment plan, and evaluate/modify therapeutic regimens
  • Evaluate patients who have returned from off-site treatment
  • Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies throughout the facility
  • Coordinate, lead and participate in educational and training activities related to medical care for patients
