- Care team model covering 5 anesthesia sites at Sentara Albemarle, daily.
- Over 4,200 cases annually.
- Compressed schedule: 2 weeks on/one week off.
- Annual Base Salary + Quality Performance Incentive - $500k+
- Sign on/Commencement Bonus - $70k
- 17 weeks/year - Paid Annual Leave.
