Job Description

Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a full-time trauma/ acute care surgeon to join our surgical practice in the division of Trauma, Critical Care & General Surgery.  Our Level 3 ACS verified Trauma Center is supported by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals which includes seven critical care surgeons.  The group covers Emergency Surgery 24/7, Trauma ICU and ER.  There is a focused elective general surgery practice that includes, Bariatric Surgery, Colorectal Surgery & Surgical Oncology.

Responsibilities:

  • 12- hour primary in-house cover, 14 shifts per month

Qualifications

  • ATLS
  • Board certified/eligible in General Surgery
