- The Aurora Lakeland Family Medicine Clinic is the primary residency practice site. Residents have their continuity clinic here all three years. The clinic is conveniently located in Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.
- Each of our faculty has academic appointments through the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health Department of Family Medicine
- The Aurora Rural Family Medicine Residency is a 1-2 year Family Medicine residency program.
- Residents spend their PGY1 in Milwaukee on inpatient rotations with the Aurora St. Lukes Family Medicine residents, and PGY2 and PGY3 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center practicing and learning Rural Family Medicine. Residents continuity clinic is at Aurora Lakeland for all three years
Training and/or experience required
- Faculty experience preferred
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
