Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a service of Dignity Health is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding program. - Full time, permanent position
- Employed position by PHC, a service of Dignity Health
- Clinic location is Templeton, CA (San Luis Obispo County)
- Currently 3 Primary Care Physicians who will provide support and mentorship
- Clinic hours are M-F, 8am - 5pm. No weekend or after hours requirements
- Diverse patient population
- Large demand for existing and new patients. New provider will have the ability to have a full panel quickly

Requirements:
- Ability to provide documentation to work in the United States
- Completion of Master's program in Nursing from accredited program
- Active CA license or ability to obtain CA license
- RN experience highly preferred
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
