We are seeking a highly personable Sales Associate who is comfortable interacting with a range of professionals including surgeons, OR staff and other appropriate hospital personnel to assist our Sales Executives in all aspects of customer engagement relating to the sale and use of Lexington Medical surgical devices.

Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territor
- Build and cultivate excellent rapport with stakeholders including hospitals, surgical centers, physicians, and surgical personnel to maintain longstanding relationships
- Effectively collaborate with peers to identify mutual opportunities and support customer relationships
- Be a resource to the surgical team, providing guidance and insight on the product and technical assistance regarding any product related questions. Observe surgeries inside operating rooms
- Assess customer feedback for new products or modifications to existing products and report back to R&D, Operations and Marketing
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with 1-2+ years of experience in B2B outside sales roles
- Ability to learn and apply technical knowledge base as it relates to surgery and procedures
- Ability to develop and foster relationships through interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to successfully cold call and cultivate new business
- Structured and strategic approach, with strong time management and planning skills
- High degree of self-awareness and integrity
