Leidos is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a technical development program supporting the Sponsor's Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. The operations engineer will be part of the DevOps team that collaborates with the development, engineering and operations and maintenance (O&M) teams to identify and address bottlenecks in the system maintenance lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities - Monitoring and managing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security and scalability
- Troubleshooting and support resolving issues related to applications, deployment and operations
- Support the implementation and maintenance of version control systems, configuration management tools and other related technologies
Qualifications - Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Typically requires a Bachelors and 12+ years of experience or a Master's with 15+ years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be used in lieu of degree.
- Candidate should be proficient with tools similar to the following:
- Experience with scripting and programming languages like BASH and Python
- Experience with AWS to include the following:
- EC2, Cloud Formation, TerraForm, IAM, Secrets Manager
- Experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) to include:
- Creating and configuring monitoring metrics, reports, dashboards, alerts and logs with Kibana
- Experience with other monitoring tools such as Nagios and AWS CloudWatch
- Experience in working on teams utilizing Agile workflows and processes
Desired Qualifications - Experience with Oracle, Oracle RDS, DynamoDB
- Experience with Apache Tomcat, Spring Boot
- Experience with utilizing Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Linux (CLI)
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions such as Ansible / Terraform, or other configuration and automation tools

Pay Range: Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
