The RoleThe EX Generalist provides front-line people administration service and supports our mission of creating a meaningful and seamless experience for our diverse employee base. Working with the People Team, you'll help create and manage people-related transactional and administrative processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of HR functions.
What You'll Do:- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, FSA, HSA, retirement plans, and other related benefits.
- Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with external vendors and providers to ensure seamless delivery of benefits programs and services.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions, preparing new hire paperwork, and facilitating a smooth transition into the company.
- Oversee the offboarding process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and managing the separation process.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to benefits administration, immigration, and DEI events, and ensure compliance.
- Support the immigration process for employees, including visa applications, work permits, and other related immigration matters.
- Coordinate and organize DEI events and initiatives to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to support employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the HR leadership team on strategic HR projects and initiatives.
What You'll Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on benefits management, FSA, HSA, immigration, DEI events, and leadership. - Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and related compliance
- Proven experience in managing the onboarding and offboarding process requirements.
- Familiarity with FSA and HSA administration, including eligibility, contributions, and reimbursement processes.
- Experience managing immigration processes and working with external immigration attorneys.
- Knowledge of DEI best practices and experience organizing DEI events and initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) and experience with BambooHR are a plus.

Compensation: Includes annual salary between $100K - $130K depending on experience, company stock options and health benefits
