Cornerstone Optimization Project
• Assess training system needs for diverse business needs and business units through
comprehensive analysis and stakeholder engagement
• Conduct a gap analysis to identify deficiencies in the system setup, use, and training
• Identify training needs and feedback loops
• Cornerstone SME and or Architect
• Upload and test content, the curriculum builds, creation of learning assignments,
security, custom reports, welcome pages, roster, and transcript management
• Share and create best practices that are aligned with company strategy and focus.
• Experience leading a system implementation, preferably an LMS
• Experience running and managing an LMS
• Help establish long and short-term strategies for continuous improvement
• Guide development of standards and best practices for companywide use of
Cornerstone within our learning initiatives
• Highly technical
• Create SOPs and learnings for the L&D Team
• Create SOPs for administrators, including how to add and delete new users, and new
content.
• Train GUCU Cornerstone administrator on all processes, including testing the three times
a-year Cornerstone updates.
• Teach best practices to maximize GUCU use of Cornerstone
