We are seeking a Hubspot Manager to help deliver outstanding services to the clients in our Marketing Operations line of business. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing a Hubspot, Pardot and/or Marketo instance (if client-side) or 1-2+ years of experience managing Hubspot, Pardot and/or Marketo instances (if agency-side).
This person will work directly with the Director of Marketing Operations and should be a growth-minded individual that helps identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell within existing clients while providing excellent service.
Key areas of understanding that will be of benefit to this role include but are not limited to Lead LifeCycle, Lead Scoring, Lead Routing, Nurture and Email Campaigns, Integrations, ABM and Reporting.
Role and Responsibilities: - Serve as both staff augmentation and strategic advisor for marketing operations processes for B2B Tech and SaaS clients
- Identify and communicate opportunities to grow our business with clients in the Marketing Operations line of business and other lines of business
- Stay up to speed on best practices in the Marketing Operations world including ABM, lead routing, sales qualification methodologies and more
- Develop deep relationships with multiple contacts within client organizations to ensure that they renew contracts
- Direct communication with clients including email, Slack and Zoom
- Become an expert in multiple martech and salestech tools so that you can make educated recommendations to clients
- Owning tasks and milestones within client projects and seeing those through to their fruition
What You Offer:- Minimum 2-3 years of Hubspot, Pardot and/or Marketo expertise and the ability to own multiple Hubspot, Pardot and/or Marketo instances for our clients
- Understanding of how to optimize marketing operations processes that lead to revenue growth for our clients
- Data-driven marketer that can help clients curate and optimize their data, build reports and dashboards and help analyze what's working and what's not working
- The ability to communicate with clients directly, oftentimes with a Director or above level

Work Environment RequirementsAs a remote-first company, you'll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack.
