About the OpportunityWe are seeking an energetic, personable, and highly-organized
Executive Assistant to the
Co-Founder & CEO of Veza. As our EA, your responsibility is to enhance our effectiveness through administrative support and to represent Veza and the Founder/CEO to others both internally and externally. As a partner to the Founder/ CEO and his success, you will have a high amount of visibility and will work cross-functionally in a hyper growth, fast paced startup environment
You will- Provide top level executive support to the Founder/CEO
- Heavy calendar management: set appointments, prioritize & juggle appointments in the moment
- Must be able to independently identify and resolve issues with calendar and schedule. Able to proactively anticipate sequencing of meetings. Managing across multiple time zones
- Drive administrative tasks including correspondence, drafting emails/documents, spreadsheet work and document management/file organization
- Use problem solving techniques, tact and discretion when handling telephone calls, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and managing other requests for information
- Strategic time management for Founder/CEO calendar
- Handle complex domestic and international travel coordination
- Coordination of special events (Board meetings, Leadership Offsite, QBRs, etc.)
- Use problem solving techniques, tact and discretion when handling telephone calls, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and managing other requests for information
- Handle confidential and non-routine information with utmost discretion
- Develops, implements, and executes projects related to Founder/CEO focus areas
- Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues
- Act as a liaison between the executive and key business partners to facilitate calendar invites, communications, and information sharing
- Coordinate aspects of onsite and offsite meetings and events
- Must be able to work flexible hours on occasion
You haveEducation- BA/BS required or equivalent experience
Experience- 10+ years of CEO/Executive Administrative support in both an early stage startup and fast growth is required
- Must have hands-on 4+ years experience supporting Founder / CEO

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
