Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant at Millennium, you will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks to assist the executives in achieving their strategic goals.
Responsibilities:- Manage a heavy and constantly changing calendar
- Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests
- Coordinate of heavy meeting and conference call schedules
- Book all travel arrangements
- Prepare and process invoices, travel and expense reports
- Handle of the lunch ordering and pick-up/delivery schedule
- Assist with maintaining numerous files and records (both electronic and tangible)
- Welcome and look after visitors
Qualifications:- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably in Financial Services
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, trustworthy and committed to superior quality work with attention to details
- Confident and poised in interactions with individuals at all levels including executive management
- Able to multi-task efficiently
- Exercise of discretion regarding sensitive/confidential matters
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines while maintaining flexibility
- Ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills and with little or no direction.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively take action to keep things moving
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
