About the RoleAs the inaugural Head of Sales at DubClub, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring top-tier sports betting content creators to use the DubClub product. You will also be responsible for building and leading an elite team of Account Executives to support this mission. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate closely with DubClub's Founders and COO to gain deep expertise in our industry and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities- Exceed Sales Metrics: This is a "player-coach" role. You will personally carry a sales quota and lead by example, demonstrating exceptional value selling and closing abilities.
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed individual performance targets.
- Strategic Planning and Scaling: Develop and articulate a clear strategy for scaling the sales team in alignment with the company's financial goals. Communicate cross-departmental needs to support this growth.

Compensation- Total compensation of $250K - $300K (based on experience), excluding early stage stock options. Compensation structure is 50% base salary and 50% variable.
