Who is the Integrated Marketing Manager?You love marketing! Your superpower is the ability to take a client's vision, overarching account strategy, critical insights, predictive modeling, etc. and build an outstanding, thorough and detailed integrated marketing plan that leverages those strategic inputs.

- If your excitement doesn't peak when putting the final touches on a symphonically tuned integrated marketing plan - this role isn't for you.
You will also be involved in high-level client presentations and new business pitches where you'll present your fabulous integrated marketing plan, and ensure the client is aligned, expectations set, and approval garnered.
You'll have a proven track record of ROI-enhancing campaigns to hang your hat or scarf on, and a wealth of experience that empowers your point of view. You're just as comfortable developing an activation plan and campaign as you are bringing savvy reactivation strategies to the table.
You will have a strong blend of analytical, creative, marketing, and leadership skills - not because you are a unicorn, but because you've paid your dues and have the confidence to build, present, defend, execute, and optimize full spectrum integrated marketing plans.

Key responsibilities....
Strategically Aligned Plan Development
- Develop, present to clients, and execute integrated marketing plans that strategically align with client objectives and drive business growth.
- Coordinate and integrate across various marketing channels (digital, social, traditional, social media, loyalty, events, etc.) to create cohesive and compelling campaigns.
- Utilize consumer insights, analytics and analysis to inform tactical decisions and optimize marketing efforts, including loyalty programs.
Campaign Management
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through completion.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve or exceed client expectations.
- Manage the integration of various marketing disciplines including advertising, PR, digital, social media, events, and loyalty programs.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
- Generate reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance data to optimize results.
SEO Management
- Oversee the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Utilize analytical tools to monitor and report on SEO performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Integrate SEO best practices into content development and website management processes.
Team Management / Innovation
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring professional growth and high performance.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the exploration of new ideas and approaches.
Loyalty Program Development (experience here is a plus / not required)
- Design and implement effective customer loyalty programs to increase retention, engagement and lifetime value.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform loyalty marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze loyalty program performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure loyalty programs are seamlessly integrated into broader marketing initiatives - such as the creative and media teams.
What do You Need?- 6+ years of integrated marketing experience at an advertising agency. Proven and demonstrable track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing plans and campaigns.
- If don't geek out over building strategically tight, detailed, insights-driven integrated marketing plans - this role isn't for you.
- Experience as a manager or team lead within an integrated marketing group or department.
- Very comfortable in a 'manager-doer' capacity where you are both building strategically aligned plans as well as leaning in with your team to execute, oversee and direct.
- High level of technical proficiency and familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Deep understanding of reactivating and reengaging clients current and previous customers.
- Proficiency in working with data analysis and performance measurement tools and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use them to inform decisions and strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross functional teams and manage client relationships with ease.
- Creative problem-solving skills and innovative mindset.
- High level of detail-orientation, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
