Requirements

As a Facebook Media Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing highly effective advertising campaigns across Facebook and its associated platforms. Leveraging your expertise in digital advertising, data analysis, and campaign optimization, you will drive targeted traffic, maximize conversions, and achieve our clients' marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, from planning and targeting to execution and optimization.
  2. Conduct thorough audience research and utilize data insights to identify target demographics, behaviors, and interests.
  3. Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  4. Design and optimize sales funnels to maximize conversion rates and enhance the customer journey.
  5. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on strategies to continuously improve campaign ROI and effectiveness.
  6. Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and performance across campaigns.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
  8. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and account managers, to deliver integrated and cohesive campaigns.
  9. Provide regular reports and insights to clients, communicating campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.
  10. Stay abreast of Facebook's advertising policies and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Facebook Media Buyer or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully managing advertising campaigns.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and other advertising tools and platforms.
  4. Experience with designing and optimizing sales funnels to maximize conversion rates.
  5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting campaign data to drive actionable insights and optimizations.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  7. Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  9. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques is a plus.
  10. Certifications such as Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads certifications are desirable.
