We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with an immediate opportunity for an HR Manager to join our Operations Team.

The HR Manager will be the day-to-day lead for 70+ employees at M Booth Health, our healthcare agency and will also work on M Booth initiatives. They will work closely with our VP of HR to deliver best-in-class support and counsel to all employees. Location:

New York City (located in the NYC HUB to be IRL 2 days a week or additional days as needed)

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as day to day HR Contact for M Booth Health overseeing performance management, onboarding, compensation and training & development.
  • Own benefits administration across M Booth and M Booth Health which includes benefit orientation, open enrollment, medical leaves and disability accommodations.
  • Manage freelancer and independent contractor needs across M Booth and M Booth Health.
  • Co-lead culture initiatives across M Booth and M Booth Health that engage both IRL and remote staff.

What You'll Bring:
  • 6+ years progressive HR experience
  • Excellent collaborator with ability to adapt to different working styles with a positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Proven ability to effectively organize multiple work streams with superior organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to pitch in to help teammates and employees
  • Strong attention to detail, verbal and written skills
  • Experience working in a marketing, advertising, PR firm a big plus
  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Our Flexible Work Policy:

We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event.

For those outside the NYC hub, you will be asked to be in person too. Examples of this may include client meetings, events or team meetings. There will also be in person opportunities for you to connect with others who live in your hub to collaborate and work together.
