Responsibilities
• Meet regularly with agents to keep up with industry standards, insurance products, current rates, coverages, insurance policies, and carriers, so you can assist clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team with understanding and addressing the newest rules and policy updates.
• Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
• Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives
Qualifications
• Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business or a similar major is desired
