Job Details:
• Pay: $110 Hr.
• Coverage Dates: ASAP – 3-6 months
• Setting: Clinic
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Daily Responsibilities: Will see a mix of baby and child visits and immunizations. Also will be conducting Physicals for healthy 9-12 year olds
• No Call
• Patients per shift: Estimated 25-28 Patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 45-60 Days upon application submitted
Requirements:
• Active unrestricted CA License
• Active BLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Requires Peds certification or true peds EXP.
• Board Certified
• Vaccination Requirement: Preferred – will consider waivers
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
