Description Leidos Health Mission Solutions is seeking a Change Manager, contingent on contract award , on a large network services opportunity supporting the National Institute of Health (NIH) in the Bethesda, MD area.
Candidate MUST be local to the DC Metro area for onsite work.
MUST be US Citizen or US Person with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance level 5 (requires candidates to be in the United States for the current three (3) consecutive years). Job Summary:Change Manager (CM) will be responsible for bringing all infrastructure changes under the control of a single set of processes. He/she will seek to establish a stable environment and to maximize the benefits of change while minimizing the risks. The Change Manager will facilitate and coordinate change management in accordance with NIH CIT's Change Management Process. The CM will support the configuration management and change management operational needs NIH CIT Network Services Program.
Primary Responsibilities:- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) Meetings, as well as managing and orchestrating the full lifecycle of change requests.
- Review all planned changes to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and have no potential conflicts.
- Support discussion of proposed changes in Technical Review Board (TRB) meetings with input from the Change Owner, Security and other technical leads.
- Record TRB decisions and distribute meeting minutes.
- Post change requests to the agenda for CAB approval.
- Communication and socialization of change requests with both internal teams and the customer.
Minimum Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration or Organizational Management with 12+ Years of related project management as well as the below
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification and three (3) years of change management experience OR five (5) years of change management experience
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tool
- Experience with applying ITIL standards for change management
- Experience updating and maintaining change management plans
- Must have strong oral and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with both internal and customer teams
- Must be able to develop and maintain formal change management processes thoroughly
Desired Qualifications:- Experience with NIH CIT change management processes
- Experience with the NIH Enterprise Performance Life Cycle framework
- CCMP certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification
- Configuration management experience

Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
