    Job Requirements
  • Acute care and/or inpatient rehab experience preferred
  • Must be available to work/rotate 2 weekend shifts (2 days) a month
  • ICU experience a plus
  • Wound vac management experience preferred
    Schedule Information
  • Day Shift – day shift only, staffing depends on the volume of therapy appropriate patients
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit Information: Rehab Therapy
  • Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
  • Typical procedures performed on unit(s): Functional mobilities, ADLs
  • Best personality Fit: Flawless work ethics, Good communication/collaboration skills
  • Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
    Additional Details
  • Type of staff: PT, PTA, Rehab aids, OT, COTA, ST
  • Patient Ratios (ESTIMATED) – 8-12 pts in acute / less in inpatient rehab (5-6)
  • Type of equipment – walking equipment, weights, bikes, treadmill
  • EMR - Meditech
  • Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc.
