Job Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Mobile Technicians and Service Coordinators
- Recruit and help train Mobile Technician's nationally
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
- Oversee and manage the department's fleet services
- Provide Mobile Technician's schedules & update Outlook calendars accordingly
- Source materials needed for jobs (can be via telephone or online) & keep track of delivery date
- Be a liaison to our service department as workorder requests come through
- Communicate daily with our mobile technicians to ensure a seamless process for all
- Update service department on job(s) when necessary (our techs in the field will often utilize in-office staff to relay messages)
- Oversee and manage the department's invoice process and expense management
- Be a liaison between the department and Accounting to ensure proper reporting
Job Qualifications: - Associate's degree in business administration, management, engineering or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience
- Preferred candidate based in Long Island, NY but willing to offer remote space with occasional travel to HQ's
- Strong organizational, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Valid driver's license
- Detail oriented and create thinking
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and Outlook
