As a Webflow Developer, you will be at the forefront of crafting and delivering the digital face of Awardco to our target audience. Your role will encompass developing and maintaining our online presence, ensuring optimal user experiences, and contributing to our brand's digital strategy. What you will do:- Web Development: Develop captivating, user-friendly, and responsive web pages that align with the Awardco brand and enhance our digital presence.
- User Experience: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement seamless and intuitive user experiences across our digital platforms.
- Build fully functional Webflow websites from Figma designs.
- Review and test websites for accessibility, speed, functionality, and browser compatibility.
- Content Integration: Integrate and manage engaging content, multimedia, and interactive elements on the website to convey the brand's messaging effectively.

- Technical Maintenance: Monitor and maintain website performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, to align web development efforts with broader business objectives.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What you will bring:- Proven experience as a Web Developer, with at least 2-4 years of hands-on web development experience. Webflow experience is recommended.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.
- Experience working with 3rd-party integrations/apps within Webflow, including Finsweet, Make, Wized, and Formly.
- Creative flair for design and a strong eye for visual aesthetics and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data insights for informed decision-making.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
