Why Nuclear?Canada will need to triple its power production level over the next 30 years. Nuclear has a large part to play in that. Clean, low-carbon nuclear power has the lasting potential to break the world's reliance on less sustainable alternatives and has the capacity to generate consistent sources of baseline power, which intermittent renewable sources can't.
The growing demand for baseline power production has a massive impact (and opportunity) on employment. AtkinsRéalis relies on a specialized workforce that's drastically growing to serve critical projects across Canada and export to the world. We are committed to building the talent required to execute industry needs.
