Job Summary This
full-time (1.0 status or 40 hours/week) position coordinates internal and external resources and/or vendors for the execution of strategic and operational projects. Will oversee and perform administrative functions concerned with a project; may include calling clients, partners and vendors, making appointments, doing site visits, and preparing reports. Serves as a direct liaison between stakeholders and solution providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of objectives.
This position will work
on-site in Watertown, South Dakota.
Wage range: $71,198.40-$106,808.00
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering every project on time within budget and scope; creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best position to complete them.
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications A bachelor's degree or master's degree is preferred.
Background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis is preferred.
