Responsibilities
Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is looking for a Full Time Family Practice Physician for our Rural Health Clinic in Centerville, TN.
Position Highlights:
- (4) 10/hour days
- Typically see between 18-25 per day
- Providers are scheduled for 36 hour per week
- Clinic hours are 7am - 5pm M-F
- Clinic is designated as a Rural Health Clinic(RHC)
- Providers need to be comfortableseeing patients of all ages

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
